Temperature: 97.6 (drank last night)
Took: B-6, Folic acid, L-Arginine, L-Theanine, EPO, Soy Isoflavones

So today I still felt crampy, but no spotting, and barely and fluid.

It's still high and slightly open feeling, sticky looking fluid. Didn't take samples.
Frustrating.

Temperature: 97.0

Took: B-6, Folic Acid, Soy Isoflavones, Black Cohosh, L-Arginine, EPO, L-Theanine, Red Raspberry Tea
(A lot I know)

Pretty sure I should be having my period by tomorrow, Had some light spotting and creamy discharge tinged brown. There's fresh blood coming from the cervix os today as well as some sticky fluid.

Plus it was trying to run away from the speculum lol

Well, my temp went back up this morning, No spotting but still feel some period symptoms, had some creamy cervical fluid but very sparse.

Here's my cervix covered in semen immediately after sex.

Cervix is even higher today,open and more fresh blood at the os, a little creamy fluid around it and I'm feeling bloated and crampy, but no spotting reaches toilet paper. Also had a pretty good temp drop so I'm really hoping I start this period soon.

Cervix is higher, opening (slightly) and there's a small streak of fresh blood at the os but otherwise completely dry. Period soon?

(trying to start my period, I feel like I'm having it but no spotting)


Sparse cervical fluid today, feeling dry.
May try Vitex if I don't start within the week.

Here's my cervix for today, it looks like there may be some blood at the os, I hope so. Come on period!

Here's a cervix pic! I wanna say it's creamy and it was pretty high up but closed.

I had creamy fluid tinged with blood as of last night and all throughout today. At points it was also sticky.

I also took pictures of my negative pregnancy and ovulation test I took today after a 4 hour hold. Top is ovulation, bottom is pregnancy.
